Ski schools in Zürs am Arlberg
Zürs ski school is probably the oldest worldwide. The first ever ski course “for locals” was run back in 1906, 110 years ago.
Today the ski school employs around 250 ski instructors, including more state-certified ski instructors and ski guides than any other Austrian ski school. They teach the latest Austrian ski techniques on superb pistes and, applying the highest safety standards, guide skiers down the most breath-taking off-piste deep snow slopes in Arlberg. The ski school offers a broad range of activities including skiing, snowboarding, telemark skiing, snow shoe tours, guided ski tours, alternative off-piste runs and heli-skiing.
Specially trained ski instructors for children provide both childcare for the little ones and skiing lessons that are guaranteed to be a success – taking care of the kids over lunchtime inclusive. To optimise progressive learning, the kids have dedicated and variable learning areas to practice on.
